Both are enabled
I was running into the same problem. On the console I was getting the error
WARNING: NVIDIA cannot load backend library: xmrstak_cuda_backend.dll
WARNING: NVIDIA Backend disabled
I Installed the NVidia CUDA 10 toolkit and it began working. This used to be an option in the NVidia control panel, but now you have to go directly to the site and get it from there.
I am running into the same problem on my laptop. It's a Lenovo Y410p i7 4700mq with an NVIDIA GT 755m. I can only see the activity when I log in to my account via webpage, it's not showing any through the application. Also, it is not using my GPU only CPU, please advise, thank you!
I am using a AMD Radeon R9 M390 and AMD Radeon Pro 455. Both doesn't work for my GPU. Any work arounds yet?
what is going on here. tried what's in the comments but not helping. also noticed that there's been no actual support for years (only merging) what is hm doing
For Nvidia 1050 version 391.35 worked for me, found it here: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/132845/en-us
On Intel i7 most up to date drivers worked fine.
if you are running amd card rx series or equivalent try driver 19.5.2 it will mine eth and should work fine
After new Win10 Instal. No FKN Chance. All suggestions to be crap. So what is the solution after almost two years?
I tried everything listed in the comments and nothing worked for the GPU. The CPU was fixed by a driver update. After hours of research and playing around with it, I had to uninstall my NVIDIA drivers and reinstall old drivers. v. 399 worked for me. When I first installed it and tried Honeyminer again, it still didn't show up. So, I followed the steps about uninstalling and deleting folders then reinstalling and finally both CPU and GPU are online. Whew.
Updating the drivers worked for me on an NVIDIA card that was detected but wasn't mining. That may be the first time ever that updating the drivers actually worked to solve a problem.
Is this thread still alive? I have the same problem and cannot find a solution. How do we fix this?
